Free Canada Shipping all orders over CA$149

HYZ Lighting Online Store offers free ground shipping on orders over $149 that ship within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada, except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico Shipments. Shipping outside of Canada and the United States is not available. It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of the order from shipment to delivery.  

Delivery Times

We make our best effort to ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated. Once shipped from our facility, we cannot guarantee delivery times; this is dependent upon the shipping carrier. If any delivery arrives earlier or later than a promised time frame, HYZ Lighting Online Store can't and will not be held accountable for the shipping carriers estimated delivery date. Full or partial shipping refunds will not be issued due to the non-delivery of products.

Refused Shipments

HYZ Lighting Online Store makes our best efforts to process and ship orders in a timely manner, therefore as stated in our Cancellation policy; we have a one-hour cancellation period from the time an order is placed for any cancellations or order changes. If for some reason you wish to return your order, as it has already been shipped, please do not refuse your delivery. Your order will be subject to our Return Policy, and you may incur additional fees. If the shipping carrier we provide attempts deliveries, and the recipient refuses the delivery for any reason and the shipment gets returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for covering costs of original shipment fees, re-routing delivery fees (returning fees), as well as a 25% restocking fee. The remaining credit due will be issued as a store credit. This form of reimbursement and fees above are non-negotiable, and the cardholder is agreeing to these Terms & Conditions when placing an order through HYZ Lighting Online Store, or by phone through a sales representative at HYZ Lighting Online Store.

Wholesale/trade orders, custom-made merchandise orders, spare parts and/or accessories, and miscellaneous parts purchase are not available to be shipped for free; you may get a shipping calculation at checkout.

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Many of our products are fragile and may sustain damage during shipping, even if the carton appears to be in good condition. If you receive damaged merchandise, we will strive to make the replacement process quick and easy. Be sure to notify both the carrier and HYZ Lighting Online Store. within 7 days of delivery to report the damage. Please keep all packing materials. HYZ Lighting Online Store will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged. If the damaged product is repairable with replacement parts, these parts will be shipped at no cost. HYZ Lighting Online Store will not be responsible for expedited shipping of any replacement parts or products. If you would like to return the damaged product with no replacement, the return will be subject to our standard return policy.

Short-Shipped Items

Customers must report missing or non-delivered item(s) from their order no later than 7 days from their delivery date. For example, any order containing a quantity of 2 of a specific in stock item, but only received a quantity of 1, must report this short-ship within 7 days. This also applies to orders in which shipping carriers confirm that a shipment has been delivered, with a claim that the packages have not been received by recipient. Any request within this nature past the 17 day period will not be eligible for a free replacement of products. Depending on the event, an appropriate claim will be filed with the correct carrier or department and may take 30 calendar days to receive a report of the findings. Exceptions to this policy include any product(s) in an order which is back-ordered or special order items.

This option does not comply with the free shipping we provide to all customers with a purchase of $149 or more. If you wish to expedite your shipping method, be sure that you understand that this option is provided for an extra cost.
